- Own brand systems end-to-end across logo, type, motion
- Partner with strategists to translate positioning into visual language
- Mentor mid-level designers and review work
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years brand design in agency or in-house
- Portfolio showing systems thinking, not just one-off logos
- Comfortable in Figma + motion (After Effects or Rive)
